COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, October 22 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between October 15 and 19 it bought back 40,095 own shares at an average price of € 0.4456, for a total amount of € 17,867.11.
