Biadene di Montebelluna, 29 Ottobre 2018 – Geox S.p.A. rende noto che durante il prossimo CDA del 13 Novembre, oltre alla presentazione delle informazioni periodiche aggiuntive al 30.09.2018, verranno presentate anche le linee guida del Piano Strategico 2019-2021.
Per la presentazione dei dati al 30.09.2018 alla Comunità Finanziaria, viene confermata una conference call il giorno 13 Novembre alle ore 17:30 CET, come già previsto da Calendario.
Il Piano Strategico 2019-2021 verrà invece presentato a Milano in data 14 Novembre 2018 in un Investor Day dedicato. Tale evento potrà essere seguito anche via live webcast a partire dalle ore 14:30 CET nella sezione Investor Relations del sito della società www.geox.biz; la presentazione relativa all'Investor Day sarà resa disponibile poco prima dell'evento nella sezione Investor Relations del sito.
Quanto sopra modifica il Calendario degli Eventi Societari 2018 già pubblicato.

Biadene di Montebelluna, 29 th October 2018 – Geox S.p.A. announces that on 13th November 2018 the Board of Directors will examine the Interim Management Statement as of September 30, 2018 and also the guidelines of the Strategic Plan 2019-2021.
In relation to the presentation to the financial community of the Interim Management Statement as of September 30, 2018, a conference call has been confirmed on 13th November at 5:30 pm CET, as already planned by Calendar.
In relation to the presentation of the Strategic Plan 2019-2021, a dedicated Investor Day will be held in Milan on 14th November 2018 and will be available via live webcast starting from 2:30 pm CET from Geox Investor Relations section at www.geox.biz; a slide presentation will be available on Geox Investor Relations section at www.geox.biz shortly before the event.
This event modifies the previously published Financial Calendar 2018.
