COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, November 5 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between October 29 and 2 November it bought back 43,081 own shares at an average price of € 0.4474, for a total amount of € 19,275.98.
