COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, November 19 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between November 12 and 16 it bought back 32,942 own shares at an average price of € 0.4454, for a total amount of € 14,672.26.
