COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, December 3 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between November 26 and 30 it bought back 55,689 own shares at an average price of € 0.4493, for a total amount of € 25,018.75.
