Società Padana Energia S.p.A - Ministerial Decree for the extension of the Exploitation and Production Concession "San Potito"

Milan, 10 December 2018 – Gas Plus S.p.A. and its subsidiary Società Padana Energia S.p.A. are pleased to announce that today they received from the Directorate-General for Security of Supply and Energy Infrastructures (within the Ministry of Economic Development) the communication of the issue of the Ministerial Decree, dated 7th of December 2018, for the extension of the Exploitation and Production Concession San Potito, concerning the single development plan of the "Longanesi" project.

Gas Plus is the fourth largest producer of natural gas (as estimated by the Authority for Electricity, Gas and Water System, AEEGSI) after Eni, Edison and Shell Italia E&P. It is active in the main sectors of the industry of natural gas, particularly in the exploration, production, purchase, distribution and sale to retail customers.
