COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, December 10 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between December 3 and 7 it bought back 77,843 own shares at an average price of € 0.4646, for a total amount of € 36,166.80.
