MONDO TV: Giuliana Bertozzi, già moglie di Orlando Corradi, acquista in data odierna 300.000 azioni Mondo TV pari allo 0,72% del capitale sociale

La medesima ha dichiarato alla società: "Alla luce della solidità finanziaria della società e del ritorno all'utile previsto dal business plan come emergono dai recenti comunicati, e tenuto conto del deterioramento del valore del titolo, ho ritenuto di acquistare nuove azioni Mondo TV e ritengo che ne acquisterò ancora in futuro"

12 dicembre 2018 – Come emerge dal filing model pubblicato in data odierna in ossequio alla normativa vigente in materia di c.d. Internal Dealing, Giuliana Bertozzi, già moglie di Orlando Corradi, comunica di aver acquistato in data odierna 300.000 azioni della Mondo TV (pari allo 0,72% del capitale sociale attuale), ad un prezzo medio di circa Euro 0,88 per un investimento complessivo di circa Euro 264.000.

Unitamente alla dichiarazione di acquisto, la signora Bertozzi ha comunicato alla società che: "Alla luce della solidità finanziaria della società e del ritorno all'utile previsto dal business plan come emergono dai recenti comunicati, e tenuto conto del deterioramento del valore del titolo, ho ritenuto di acquistare nuove azioni Mondo TV e ritengo che ne acquisterò ancora in futuro".

MONDO TV: Giuliana Bertozzi, wife of Orlando Corradi, today purchased 300,000 Mondo TV shares equal to 0.72% of the company's capital

The same has declared to the Company: "In light of the financial soundness of the company and the return to profit expected by the business plan as they reported in the recent press releases, and taking into account the deterioration in the value of the stock, I decided to buy new shares Mondo TV and I believe that I will buy again in the future"

12 December 2018 - As it emerges from the filing model published today in accordance with the legislation in force on the so called Internal Dealing, Giuliana Bertozzi, wife of Orlando Corradi, announced that today she purchased 300,000 shares of Mondo TV (equal to 0.72% of the current company's capital), at an average price of around Euros 0.88 for a total investment of approximately 264,000 Euros.

Together with the declaration of purchase, Mrs. Bertozzi informed the company that: "In light of the financial soundness of the company and the return to profit expected by the business plan as they reported in the recent press releases, and taking into account the deterioration in the value of the stock, I decided to buy new shares Mondo TV and I believe that I will buy again in the future".
