Milan, 18 December 2018. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), a tech company whose mission is to create the "Internet Platform of the Emerging markets of Europe", announces the financial calendar for 2019, which is summarized below:

• 28 March 2019: Board approving the draft financial statements 2018;

• 30 April 2019: Shareholders' Meeting approving the financial statements 2018;

• 26 September 2019: Board approving the six-month financial statements 2019.
