COMUNICAZIONE RELATIVA AL TASSO CEDOLARE SUL PRESTITO OBBLIGAZIONARIO DENOMINATO "EXPRIVIA S.P.A. – 5,80% 2017-2023"

21 dicembre 2018. La società Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – con sede legale in via Adriano Olivetti 11, Molfetta (BA), comunica il tasso cedolare sul prestito obbligazionario denominato "Exprivia S.p.A. – 5,80% 2017-2023" codice ISIN IT0005316382 di nominali Euro 23.000.000,00, quotato sul mercato ExtraMOT PRO, che è stato pagato il 14 dicembre u.s.:

• tasso di interesse annuale 5,80%, tasso interesse rata semestrale 2,90%
• periodo di godimento 14 giugno 2018 14 dicembre 2018
• entità della cedola Euro 667.000,00 (seicentosessantasettemila/00)

• annual interest rate 5.80%, half-year instalment interest rate 2.90%
• period June 14th , 2018 –December 14th , 2018
• coupon amount Euro 667.000,00 (six hundred sixty-seven thousand/00)
