27 dicembre 2018. Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - rende noto che, a seguito dell'iscrizione dell'atto di fusione presso i Registri delle Imprese di Roma e Bari avvenuta rispettivamente il 20.12.2018 e il 27.12.2018, ai sensi di quanto disposto dall'art. 70, terzo comma, del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999 e a completamento della documentazione già depositata, con decorrenza 27 dicembre 2018 si è perfezionata la fusione per incorporazione della società Advanced Computer Systems ACS S.r.l. in Exprivia S.p.a. con efficacia retroattiva degli effetti contabili e fiscali al 1 gennaio 2018.
Come annunciato nella comunicazione al mercato dell'11 settembre u.s., la fusione sopra indicata si pone nel più ampio processo di riorganizzazione societaria del gruppo, volto a semplificarne la struttura e a meglio valorizzarne le sinergie operative, amministrative e societarie.
L'atto di fusione è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società www.exprivia.it e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket STORAGE ().

December 27, 2018. Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informs that, following the registration at Registro delle Imprese of Rome and Bari, occurred on 20.12.2018 and 27.12.2018 respectively, pursuant to the provisions of art. 70, third paragraph, of CONSOB Regulation no.11971/1999 and as per completion of documentation already filed, with effect from 27 December 2018 has been completed the merger by incorporation of Advanced Computer Systems ACS S.r.l. in Exprivia S.p.a., with retroactive effect for accounting and tax at 1 January 2018.
As announced in the press release of the last September 11, the merger arises in the broader process of corporate reorganization of the group, aimed at simplifying its structure and at enhancing its operational, administrative and corporate synergies.
The act of the merger has been published at the registered company office, at the Company's website www.exprivia.it and on the storage system eMarket STORAGE ().
