CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 7 gennaio 2019 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto in data 27 aprile 2018, comunica di aver acquistato dal 31 dicembre 2018 al 4 gennaio 2019 n. 230.000 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,9347 per un controvalore complessivo di € 214.974,60.

Milan, January 7 2019 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 31 2018 and January 4 2019 it bought back 230,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9347, for a total amount of € 214,974.60.
