COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, January 7 2019 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between December 31 2018 and January 4 2019 it bought back 66,078 own shares at an average price of € 0.4616, for a total amount of € 30,504.65.
