Resignation of Mr. Corrado Sciolla from the office of Lead Independent Director of Carel Industries S.p.A. Board of Directors

Brugine, 15 January 2019 – Please, be informed that, today, Mr. Corrado Sciolla gave its resignation from the office of non- executive, independent member of the Board of Directors (Lead Independent Director) of Carel Industries SpA, as well as from the office of member of the Remuneration Committee and of the Control and Risk Committee, because of the intensification of its professional activity. The resignation will take effect as of 25 January 2019, date in which the next meeting of the Board of Directors will be held. As far as the company is aware, Mr. Corrado Sciolla does not own, as of today, Carel Industries shares.
