CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 21 gennaio 2019 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto in data 27 aprile 2018, comunica di aver acquistato dal 14 al 18 gennaio n. 362.434 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,9621 per un controvalore complessivo di € 348.703,23.

Milan, January 21 2019 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 14 and 18 it bought back 362,434 own shares at an average price of € 0.9621, for a total amount of € 348,703.23.
