Milan, 22 January 2019 - In compliance with art. 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and following the news release issued on 30 January 2017, Banco BPM S.p.A. herewith announces the 2019 corporate events calendar, as specified below:

| 6 April 2019 | Shareholders' Meeting |
| 8 May 2019 | Approval of additional periodic information as at 31 March 2019 |
| 6 August 2019 | Approval of half-yearly report as at 30 June 2019 |
| 6 November 2019 | Approval of additional periodic information as at 30 September 2019 |
The Board of Directors, pursuant to art. 43.1 of the Articles of Association, has designated the town of Verona as the venue for the Annual General Meeting.
