FINCANTIERI: APPROVAL OF THE CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR FOR 2019

Roma, January 22, 2019 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A., announces the annual calendar of corporate events for the year 2019 as follows:

February 25, 2019:	Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the Consolidated financial statements
	and draft financial statements of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. at December 31, 2018
April 5, 2019:	Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the financial statements
	of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. at December 31, 2018
May 9, 2019:	Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the interim financial information for the
	first quarter of 2019
July 25, 2019:	Board of Directors' meeting for the Half-year financial report at June 30, 2019
November 7, 2019:	Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the interim financial information for the
	first nine months of 2019

The conference calls related to the approval of interim financial results and interim financial information will be held either on the same day or on the day following the approval by the Board of Directors. The details regarding each conference call will be communicated in due time.

The calendar of corporate events for 2019 is available online at www.fincantieri.com.

The market will be promptly notified of any amendments to the above calendar.
