2019 Annual schedule of corporate events

Brugine, 25 January 2019 – Pursuant to existing legislation, Carel Industries S.p.A. is announcing its 2019 schedule of corporate events:

• 7 March 2019 Board of Director's Meeting for the approval of the draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2018.
• 15 April 2019 Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2018
• 14 May 2019 Board of Director's Meeting for the approval of the additional interim financial information as at 31 March 2019.
• 9 September 2019 Board of Director's Meeting for the approval of the half-year financial report as at 30 June 2019.
• 11 November 2019 Board of Director's Meeting for the approval of the additional interim financial information as at 30 September 2019.

Any changes to the dates given above will be announced in good time.

We wish to inform you that, pursuant to Article 2.2.3 of the Stock Exchange Regulation, in place of the additional financial information as at 31 December 2018, the company will publish the annual financial report, together with the other documents pursuant to Article 154-ter, paragraph 1, of the TUF, within 90 days of the 2018 year-end.
