COFIDE CALENDAR OF EVENTS FOR 2019

Milan, January 28 2019 - COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that the Company's Calendar of Events for 2019 will be as follows:

Monday	11.03.2019	3.00 p.m.	Board of Directors Meeting (Pro-forma Financial Statements for 2018)
Monday	29.04.2019	2.30 p.m.	Board of Directors Meeting (Additional periodic financial information as of 31.03.2019)
Monday	29.04.2019	4.00 p.m.	Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders (Approval of Financial Statements for 2018)
Monday	29.07.2019	3.00 p.m.	Board of Directors Meeting (Semi-annual Financial Report as of 30.06.2019)
Monday	28.10.2019	3.00 p.m.	Board of Directors Meeting (Additional periodic financial information as of 30.09.2019)

The items reported in the additional periodic financial information, as per the terms of Art. 82-ter of the Rules for Issuers, will be approved by the Board of Directors within 45 days of the close of the first and third quarters of the year and will be substantially consistent and in continuity with what was published in the past.

There will be no change to the publication in full of the results for the first half year and for the whole year in accordance with the rules and regulations. The interim financial reports will be made available to the public on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE, at the registered office of the company and on the website www.cofide.it.
