Report on the purchase of treasury shares

Brugine, 4 February 2019 – Carel Industries S.p.A. announces that during the period from January 28, 2019 through February 1, 2019 it acquired no. 17,821 treasury shares for a total consideration of 170,415.47 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on September 7, 2018.
