Consolidated gross sales recorded a +12% growth in 2018 (6,2M EUR) vs 2017 (5,5M EUR)

Milan, 7 February 2019. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), a tech company whose mission is to create the "Internet Platform of the Emerging markets of Europe," announces the yearly (Q1/Q42018) and quarterly results (Q42018) related to gross sales in the different companies of the group.

The data of DHH Croatia in 2017 and in 2018 are not comparable because in the first case, Sysbee is included in the results as a business line within DHH Croatia, while in the second case, it is not included because of the spin-off and it is presented as a separate new legal entity. For the same reason, Sysbee data are not comparable in 2017 and 2018.

Regarding mCloud, it has been acquired in Q42018 (and founded in 2018), therefore we can't compare its results to 2017.

Also, the data 2017 and 2018 of DHH Italia and DHH Switzerland are not comparable because after the acquisition of the companies, they entered in the process of turnaround where all the non core business lines (ref. PEC, development, agency activities) have been progressively dismantled, in order to focus only on cloud computing in 2018.

As per DHH Slovenia, during 2018 bookings were affected by a change in the focus towards business lines with higher margins (ref. shared hosting and dedicated hosting), which are showing a substantial growth.
