Report on the purchase of treasury shares

Brugine, 11 February 2019 – Carel Industries S.p.A. announces that during the period from February 4, 2019 through February 8, 2019 it acquired no. 10,106 treasury shares for a total consideration of 99,475.98 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on September 7, 2018.
