Report on the purchase of treasury shares

Brugine, 18 February 2019 – Carel Industries S.p.A. announces that during the period from February 11, 2019 through February 15, 2019 it acquired no. 6,908 treasury shares for a total consideration of 68,402.22 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on September 7, 2018.
