COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, February 18 2019 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between February 11 and 15 it bought back 277,447 own shares at an average price of € 0.4921, for a total amount of € 136,525.73.
