AVVISO DI DEPOSITO DEL VERBALE CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE DEL 27 FEBBRAIO 2019 E DELLO STATUTO SOCIALE MODIFICATO

Si rende noto che il verbale del Consiglio di Amministrazione di Geox S.p.A. del 27 febbraio 2019, tenutosi in forma straordinaria, che ha deliberato la modifica statutaria relativamente all'art. 17, rubricato "Nomina, durata, sostituzione e compenso degli Amministratori", è stato depositato, unitamente alla Statuto Sociale modificato, presso il Registro Imprese di Treviso. NOTICE OF FILING OF THE MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 27TH, 2019 AND OF THE AMENDED ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

Notice is hereby given that the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting of Geox S.p.A. held, before a notary, on February 27th, 2019 have been filed. This meeting passed a resolution to amend article 17 of the articles of association entitled "Directors' appointment, term of office, replacement and remuneration". The minutes have been filed with the Treviso Companies Register, together with the amended articles of association. The aforementioned documents are publicly available at the company's headquarters in Biadene di Montebelluna, via Feltrina Centro 16, and on the authorised storage system eMarket Storage (). They are also available on the company's website www.geox.biz, under the section "Governance" - "Articles of Association".
