MONDO TV: Concluso con Publievent il primo accordo di licensing sulla property giocattolo Feisty Pets

Accordo importante sotto il profilo strategico per il supporto alla creazione della "brand awareness" sulla property che tanto successo sta già riscuotendo negli Stati Uniti

6 marzo 2019 – Dopo il conferimento alla Mondo TV da parte di Surge Licensing, Inc. dell'incarico di sub-agente per lo sviluppo del licensing basato sulla property giocattolo della William Mark Corp., Feisty Pets, in Italia e nella Penisola Iberica, annunciato lo scorso 11 dicembre 2018, Mondo TV comunica di aver concluso il suo primo accordo di licensing sulla suddetta property.

Il primo contratto è stato sottoscritto con la società Publievent S.r.l. di Napoli, primario operatore nella fornitura di servizi di comunicazione, consulenza e progettazione di contenuti e concept per eventi per centri e gallerie commerciali. Con il contratto concluso con la Mondo TV, la licenziataria si impegnerà a realizzare degli eventi sulla licenza Feisty Pets nelle principali gallerie dei centri commerciali in Italia per due anni dalla ripresa della stagione scolastica 2019.

Feisty Pets è un prodotto che ha sfondato nel mondo del giocattolo a cominciare dagli Stati Uniti dove i consumatori hanno fatto diventare questo prodotto un fenomeno mediatico con milioni di fan che hanno pubblicato sui social media le loro storie, divertenti e spaventose allo stesso tempo, legate ai Feisty Pets. L'accordo quindi, che prevede il pagamento sia di un minimo garantito, in sé non significativo, che di royalties, riveste una particolare rilevanza strategica al fine di creare anche in Italia la cosiddetta "brand awarness" sulla property al fine di porre le basi per replicarne il successo anche in Italia.

MONDO TV S.p.A.: the first licensing agreement on the toy property Feisty Pets has been executed with Publievent

Important strategic agreement to support the creation of brand awareness on the property that is already so successful in the United States

6 March 2019 – After the engagement of Mondo TV by Surge Licensing, Inc. in the role of subagent for the development of licensing based on the toy property of William Mark Corp., Feisty Pets, in Italy and in the Iberian Peninsula, announced last 11 December 2018, Mondo TV announces that it has entered into its first licensing agreement on the aforementioned property.

The first contract was signed with the company Publievent S.r.l., based in Naples, leading operator in the supply of services related to communication, consultancy and creation of content and concept for events in shopping malls and galleries. By the agreement with Mondo TV, the licensee undertook to carry out events on the Feisty Pets license in the main galleries of shopping malls in Italy from the 2019 back-to-school season for two years.

Feisty Pets are interactive plush toys that transform from friendly to ferocious when squeezed. Feisty Pets has become a phenomenon in the toy sector, starting from USA where Feisty Pets have grown into a media and toy sensation with millions of fans posting their playfully scary Feisty Films across social media. Therefore, the agreement, which provides for the payment of a guaranteed minimum, which is not significant in itself, and of royalties, is of particular strategic importance in order to create the so-called "brand awareness" on the property in Italy in order to lay the basis for replicating its success also in Italy.
