Delayed Publication Annual Report 2022

Amersfoort, The Netherlands – April 26, 2023 – Envipco Holding N.V. ("Envipco", or the "Company"), a leading global provider of recycling systems and Reverse Vending Machine technology, announces that the filing of its annual report 2022 will be delayed and is expected to be filed no later than 16 May 2023.

The Q1 reporting date has been revised to 25 May 2023.
