SERVIZI ITALIA: NOTIFICATION OF SHARE BUY BACK

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 11 March 2019

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 04 March 2019 and 08 March 2019 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20th April 2018 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 13,200 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.0415% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 3.985 per share, for a total of Euro 52,598.10.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 04 March 2019 and 08 March 2019 are enclosed.
