Confirmation of Board Committee Membership

Unilever PLC today confirms that following the 2023 AGM the membership of the Board Committees will be as follows:

Audit Committee: Adrian Hennah (Chair), Susan Kilsby and Ruby Lu.

Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee: Nils Andersen (Chair), Judith Hartmann, Andrea Jung and Feike Sijbesma (until 31 October 2023).

Compensation Committee: Andrea Jung (Chair), Nils Andersen, Judith Hartmann and Nelson Peltz.

Corporate Responsibility Committee: Strive Masiyiwa (Chair), Youngme Moon and Feike Sijbesma (until 31 October 2023).
