FINANCIAL REPORT

for the three-month period ended March 31, 2023

The main highlights of the Q1 2023 results are:

Group level:

o Sustained growth profile: 11% increase in revenue and other income, increase up to EUR 398.6 million from EUR 360.6 million, and 16% RGU growth from 18.7 million RGUs to 21.6 million RGUs;

o Increase in EBITDA (excluding IFRS 16) by 7.4% from 105.6 million in Q1 2022 to 113.4 million in Q1 2023, due to operational performance in both fixed and mobile communications business lines;

Romania:

o Mobile users reached 5.2 million from 4.3 million, an increase of 21% in comparison with O1 2022. Fixed internet and data users grew by 10%, from 3.9 million to 4.3 million;

Spain:

o Reached 4.0 million RGUs on mobile telephony and data services, an increase by 26% compared to Q1 2022, and also reached 973 thousand RGUs on fixed internet and data services in Q1 2023, an increase of 69%;

o Increased its weight in total Group's revenues (36% out of total Group's revenues).
