Report on the purchase of treasury shares

Brugine, 18 March 2019 – Carel Industries S.p.A. announces that during the period from March 11, 2019 through March 15, 2019 it acquired no. 5,225 treasury shares for a total consideration of 51,639.18 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on September 7, 2018.
