Report on the purchase of treasury shares

Brugine, 25 March 2019 – Carel Industries S.p.A. announces that during the period from March 18, 2019 through March 22, 2019 it acquired no. 19,560 treasury shares for a total consideration of 191,801.77 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on September 7, 2018.
