FIERA MILANO: PUBBLICAZIONE DOCUMENTAZIONE
Milano, 26 marzo 2019. Fiera Milano S.p.A. comunica che, nella giornata odierna, sono stati resi disponibili presso la sede legale e la sede operativa e amministrativa della Società:
- a) La Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2018, unitamente alle relazioni della società di revisione e del Collegio Sindacale;
- b) La Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario 2018 ai sensi del D.Lgs. 254/2016, corredata dalla relazione della società di revisione.
La suddetta documentazione è altresì consultabile sul sito internet della Società www.fieramilano.it nella sezione Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/Assemblea degli Azionisti e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato .

Milan, 26 March 2019. Fiera Milano S.p.A. communicates that the following documents have been made available at the registered office and at the operational and administrative headquarters:
- a. The Annual Report at 31 December 2018, together with the independent auditor's report and the report of the Board of Statutory Auditors;
- b. The 2018 Consolidated Disclosure of Non-Financial Information under Legislative Decree no. 254/2016, together with the independent auditor's report.
The aforementioned documents are also available on the Company website www.fieramilano.it, in the section Investor Relations/Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meetings, and on the authorised storage system .
