SUBMISSION OF THE LISTS OF CANDIDATES FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS OF GEOX S.P.A.

Biadene di Montebelluna, 26 th March 2019 – Geox S.p.A. announces that the lists of candidates for the appointment of its Board of Directors and of its Board of Statutory Auditors are now available to the general public at the company's headquarters, on the authorised storage system eMarket Storage () and on the Geox S.p.A. website www.geox.biz, under the section Governance – "Shareholders' Meeting 2019". The Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for 16 th April 2019, in a single call, shall deliberate on the aforementioned lists together with the documentation required by applicable regulations and by the Company Bylaws.
