Mondo TV raggiunge con Play Press il primo accordo di publishing su Meteo Heroes

Si avvia il piano licensing sulla nuova serie dedicata agli effetti dei cambiamenti climatici in produzione con Epson Meteo

28 marzo 2019 – Mondo TV informa di aver raggiunto con la società Play Press S.r.l., primario operatore nel settore publishing in Italia, un accordo per la futura concessione di una licenza per lo sfruttamento di alcune categorie di prodotti per l'edicola da svilupparsi sulla property Meteo Heroes. Si rammenta che la property è oggetto di una nuova serie coprodotta con Epson Meteo (cfr. comunicato stampa del 8 giugno 2018) e pone al centro le tematiche legate agli effetti dei cambiamenti climatici, tema di grande attualità e interesse.

L'accordo è il primo in assoluto raggiunto in ambito licensing, e in particolare nel settore publishing, da parte della Mondo TV sui Meteo Heroes.

L'intesa prevede la concessione di una licenza biennale dal 1 settembre 2020 al 31 dicembre 2022, con pagamento di un minimo garantito non significativo suddiviso in diverse tranche, e future royalties. Con questa intesa viene avviato il piano licensing su Meteo Heroes, serie ritenuta oggi di punta dalla Mondo Tv alla luce dell'interesse ricevuto sul mercato.

Mondo TV reaches with Play Press the first publishing agreement on Meteo Heroes

The licensing plan is starting on the new series dedicated to the effects of climate change, currently on production with Epson Meteo

28 March 2019 – Mondo TV informs that it has reached an understanding with Play Press Srl, a leading operator in the publishing sector in Italy, for the granting of a license for the exploitation of certain categories of kiosk products to be developed on the Meteo Heroes property. It should be noted that the property is the subject of a new series co-produced with Epson Meteo (see press release of 8 June 2018) and focuses on issues related to the effects of climate change, a very hot and raising topic.

The agreement is the first ever achieved in the licensing field, and in particular in the publishing sector, by Mondo TV on Meteo Heroes.

The agreement provides for the granting of a two-year license from 1 September 2020 to 31 December 2022, with the payment of a non-significant minimum guarantee divided into several tranches, and future royalties. With this agreement, the licensing plan has started for Meteo Heroes, a series now considered a flagship by Mondo TV in light of the interest received on the market.
