AVVISO DI DEPOSITO RELAZIONE FINANZIARIA ANNUALE AL 31/12/2018
29 marzo 2019 – Exprivia – società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – rende noto che, in data odierna, sono stati depositati presso la sede sociale e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2018, approvata dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in data 14 marzo 2019, unitamente alle relazioni del Collegio Sindacale e della Società di Revisione, alle relazioni illustrative del Consiglio di Amministrazione sul "Governo Societario e gli Assetti Proprietari" (ex art.123 - bis del TUF), sulle "Remunerazioni" e sulla "Proposta di acquisto e alienazione di azioni proprie" (ex artt. 2357 e 2357 - ter del codice Civile), alla Dichiarazione Consolidata di Carattere Non Finanziario, ai sensi del d.lgs. 254/16, ai documenti informativi sul piano LTI (Long Term Incentive) 2019-2021 e sul piano di azionariato diffuso collegato al Premio di Risultato di competenza 2018. NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF THE FINANCIAL ANNUAL REPORT AS AT 31/12/2018
March 29, 2019. Exprivia - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - informs that, today, the Financial Statements of Exprivia Spa and the Consolidated Financial Statements at 31st December 2018, approved by the Board of Directors on March 14th , 2019, have been published at the registered company' office and at data storage system , along with, the "Statutory Auditors' Report", the "Auditors' Report", the "Annual Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure" (art. 123-bis, TUF), the "Executives' Remuneration Report", the "Proposal of the board of directors for the purchase and sale of treasury shares" and the Dichiarazione Consolidata di Carattere Non Finanziario, as per d.lgs. 254/16, the Information Document for the 2019-2021 Long-term Incentive (LTI) plan and the Information Document for the corporate shareholding plan linked to the 2018 result bonus. All these documents are also available on the Company's website at www.exprivia.it.
