FINANCIAL REPORT

for H1 2023 and for Q2 2023 ended June 30, 2023

The main highlights of Q2 2023 results are:

Group level:

• Sustained growth profile: 13% increase in revenue and other income, increase up to EUR 418.6 million from EUR 370.4 million, and 16% RGU growth from 19.4 million RGUs to 22.4 million RGUs;
• Increase in EBITDA (excluding IFRS 16) by 24% from EUR 101.0 million in Q2 2022 to EUR 125.2 million in Q2 2023.

Romania:

• Mobile users reached 5.4 million from 4.5 million, an increase of 19% in comparison with Q2 2022. Fixed internet and data users grew by 10%, from 4.0 million to 4.4 million.

Spain:

• Reached 4.3 million RGUs in mobile telephony and data services, an increase of 25% compared to Q2 2022, and also reached 1.1 million RGUs in fixed internet and data services in Q2 2023, an increase of 69%.
