Notice of call of Ordinary Shareholders' Meetings

Cagliari, 12 April 2019

Tiscali communicates that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meetings have been convened in a single call for May 13, 2019 at 15 p.m. at the registered office of the Company.

The notice of call, as well as all documents drawn up according to law, will be available at the Company's registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company's website (www.tiscali.com) pursuant to the applicable law terms.
