UPDATE OF 2019 FINANCIAL CALENDAR The meeting of the Board of Directors to approve 1Q 2019 Consolidated Results has been postponed to May 14th, 2019

Aeffe Spa informs that the Board of Directors to approve 1Q 2019 Consolidated Results has been postponed to May 14th 2019 rather than on May 9th as communicated in December 2018.

2019 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

We would like to communicate you the dates of the Aeffe's 2019 Financial Calendar:

April 18th 2019: Annual Shareholders' Meeting approves annual consolidated results (31st December 2018);

May 14th 2019: Board of Directors approves 1Q 2019 consolidated results and relative conference call; July 30th 2019: Board of Directors approves 1H 2019 consolidated results and relative conference call; November 7th 2019: Board of Directors approves 9M 2019 consolidated results and relative conference call.
