Acquittal with full formula for the companies of the Tiscali Group and its managers

Cagliari, 16 April 2019

Tiscali welcomes with great satisfaction the decision of the Second Criminal Section of the Court of Cagliari, which acquitted the companies of the Group and its managers from the charge of false corporate communications with full formula, even for the crimes for which the prescription had intervened in the meantime, thus recognizing the full correctness of their work.

The trial made it possible to ascertain that the financial statements were drawn up in full compliance with the legislation which guarantees the transparency of corporate information to protect all the interested parties.
