17 aprile 2019 – Exprivia – società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] –comunica, ai sensi dell'art. 85‐bis, comma 4‐bis, ultima parte, del Regolamento Emittenti Consob n. 11971 del 14 maggio 1999, l'ammontare complessivo dei diritti di voto, con indicazione del numero di azioni che compongono il capitale, alla data di cui all'art. 83-sexies, comma 2 del D.Lgs. 58/98 (c.d. 'record date').

April 17th, 2019. Exprivia - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informs that, pursuant to art. 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis last part, of Regolamento Emittenti Consob no. 11971 of May 14th 1999, the total amount of voting rights, with an indication of the number of shares that make up the capital, on the date referred to in art. 83-sexies, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 58/98 (so-called 'record date').
