South Stream Transport B.V. e Saipem comunicano di aver definito amichevolmente le reciproche divergenze
San Donato Milanese – Amsterdam, 18 aprile 2019 – South Stream Transport B.V e SAIPEM S.p.A. hanno concluso positivamente le negoziazioni sottoscrivendo un accordo per risolvere amichevolmente l'arbitrato relativo al contratto di installazione del South Stream Offshore Pipeline stipulato il 14 marzo 2014.

South Stream Transport B.V. and Saipem announce the amicable settlement of mutual differences
San Donato Milanese – Amsterdam, April 18, 2019 – South Stream Transport B.V and SAIPEM S.p.A. have positively ended their negotiations signing an agreement to amicably settle the arbitration concerning the South Stream Offshore Pipeline Installation contract entered into on 14th March 2014.
