ENEL COMPLETES PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTATION CONCERNING THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR 2018

Rome, April 18 th, 2019 – The reports of the External Auditor on the draft financial statements of Enel S.p.A. and on the consolidated financial statements of the Enel Group as of December 31st, 2018, as well as the report of the Board of Statutory Auditors drafted pursuant to article 153 of the Consolidated Financial Act, are available to the public at the Company's registered office, on its website (www.enel.com), as well as on the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" ().

The certification of the External Auditor on the consolidated non-financial statement for 2018, drafted pursuant to article 3, paragraph 10, of Legislative Decree n. 254 of December 30th, 2016 is available to the public in the same ways indicated above.

Lastly, the prospectuses summarising the essential data of the last financial statements of subsidiaries and affiliated companies, provided for under Article 2429, paragraphs 3 and 4, of the Italian Civil Code, are available to the public at the Company's registered office.
