OCI announces timetable for payment of €0.85 per share interim dividend with respect to the period H1 2023

OCI Global (Euronext: OCI) Amsterdam confirmed today a record date of 27 October 2023 for its semi-annual interim dividend distribution for the H1 2023 period. Shareholders of OCI as of close of trading on 27 October 2023 will receive a cash payment of €0.85 per share on 31 October 2023.

Combined with a €3.50 per share cash distribution in April 2023, the total cash return to shareholders in FY 2023 will amount to €4.35 per share (c. \$1 billion).
