ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF MASI AGRICOLA

2018 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS APPROVED

DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION APPROVED: 10 CENTS PER SHARE (2,6% YIELD BASED ON THE SHARE PRICE AS AT 26 APRIL 2019)

Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, 29 April 2019 - The ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Masi Agricola S.p.A. (also referred to as "Masi" or "the Company") was held today and approved the Company's financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018, as resolved by the Board of Directors on 22 March 2019 and already announced to the market in a press release on the same date. Key figures in the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 were shown during the Shareholders' Meeting.

The Shareholders' Meeting also resolved the distribution of a single ordinary dividend, gross of withholding taxes, of 0.10 Euro per share (equivalent to the last year dividend), for a total of 3.215.115,60 Euro, accounting for around 45% of the consolidated net profit for the year ended 31 December 2018. The exdividend date will be 24 June 2019 (record date 25 June 2019) and payment will be made starting from 26 June 2019.

The proposal to allocate the remaining profit for the year was also approved: a) 297.972,83 Euro to the legal reserve; b) 2.445.513,14 Euro to retained earnings.

The Company's separate and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018, together with the Independent Auditors' and Board of Statutory Auditors' Reports are available to the public at the registered office and on the website www.masi.it, in the section Investors/Bilanci. The minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting will be available to the public as required by law.
