PRESS RELEASE

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Milan, May 3 2019 – COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. ("COFIDE") announces that today the amendment to its Bylaws on the subject of increased voting rights, approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders on April 29 2019, was recorded in the Milan Monza Brianza Lodi Register of Companies.

Thus, as from tomorrow, May 4 2019, the period during which the Right of Withdrawal can be exercised by those Shareholders who did not agree to the adoption of the above-mentioned resolution (i.e. Shareholders who were absent, in disagreement with it or who abstained) will begin.

COFIDE will publish the terms and conditions for the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal by Shareholders entitled to do so in a notice that will be published tomorrow, May 4 2019, in the newspaper La Repubblica, on the website www.cofide.it and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE .
