MONDO TV: Concluso con Edicart un accordo di publishing sulla property giocattolo Feisty Pets

7 maggio 2019 – Dopo il conferimento alla Mondo TV da parte di Surge Licensing, Inc. dell'incarico di sub-agente per lo sviluppo del licensing basato sulla property giocattolo della William Mark Corp., Feisty Pets, in Italia e nella Penisola Iberica, annunciato lo scorso 11 dicembre 2018, Mondo TV comunica di aver concluso un nuovo accordo di licensing, nel settore publishing, sulla suddetta property.

Il contratto è stato sottoscritto con la società Edicart Style S.r.l. di Legnano, una tra le principali case editrici di libri per bambini e ragazzi presenti sul territorio italiano in oltre 5.000 punti vendita. Con il contratto concluso con la Mondo TV, la licenziataria si impegnerà a realizzare diverse categorie di libri e pubblicazioni per ragazzi.

L'accordo, che prevede il pagamento sia di un minimo garantito, in sé non significativo, che di royalties, riveste una particolare rilevanza strategica anche vista l'importanza del licenziatario, al fine di aiutare anche in Italia la cosiddetta "brand awarness" sulla property al fine di porre le basi per replicare in Italia il successo che la stessa ha già avuto negli Stati Uniti.

MONDO TV S.p.A.: a publishing agreement on the toy property Feisty Pets has been executed with Edicart

7 May 2019 – After the engagement of Mondo TV by Surge Licensing, Inc. in the role of subagent for the development of licensing based on the toy property of William Mark Corp., Feisty Pets, in Italy and in the Iberian Peninsula, announced last 11 December 2018, Mondo TV announces that it has entered into a new licensing agreement, in the publishing sector, on the aforementioned property.

The agreement was reached with the company Edicart Style S.r.l., based in Legnano, one of the leading publishers of books for children and young people in Italy in over 5,000 sales points. Under the agreement with Mondo TV, the licensee will undertake to create different categories of books and publications for children.

The agreement, which provides for the payment of a guaranteed minimum, which is not significant in itself, and of royalties, is of particular strategic importance, also considering the importance of the licensee, in order to help also in Italy the so-called "brand awareness" on the property in order to try to replicate in Italy the success that the same has already had in the United States.
