Milan, 9 May 2019. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), a tech company whose mission is to create the "Internet Platform of the Emerging markets of Europe", during the BoD announces that Giandomenico Sica, Uroš Cimžar, and Matija Jekovec, have been re-appointed as executive directors of the company. Giandomenico Sica, Chairman of the Board of Directors, will have also the responsibility of the Investor Relations activities.

("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), a tech company whose mission is to create the "Internet Platform of the Emerging markets of Europe", during the BoD announces that Giandomenico Sica, Uroš Čimžar, and Matija Jekovec, have been re-appointed as executive directors of the company. Giandomenico Sica, Chairman of the Board of Directors, will have also the responsibility of the Investor Relations activities.
