().
Detto Documento è stato predisposto ai sensi dell'articolo 5 e in conformità allo schema di cui all'Allegato 4 del Regolamento CONSOB n. 17221/2010, nonché delle "Procedure per la gestione delle operazioni con soggetti in conflitto di interesse" adottate dal Consiglio di Amministrazione di FinecoBank.

Following to the press release issued on 8 May 2019, FinecoBank S.p.A.informs that the "Information document of a transaction of greater significance with a related party" referred to the contractual agreements with UniCredit S.p.A., is today available, together with the favorable opinion of the Risks and Related Parties Committee, at the Bank's registered office, on FinecoBank website www.finecobank.com ("Corporate/Governance/Related Parties & Associated Persons"), and on the website of the accredited storage system "eMarketSTORAGE managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A. ().
The said Document has been drawing up pursuant to art. 5 and in compliance with the form set out in Annex 4 of the Consob Regulation no. 17221/2010, as well as art. 7.1 of the "Procedures for the management of transactions with person in conflict of interest" adopted by the Board of Directors of FinecoBank.
