EDISON: NICOLA MONTI CANDIDATO A NUOVO AMMINISTRATORE DELEGATO E MARC BENAYOUN A PRESIDENTE.
Milano, 21 maggio 2019 – EDISON, in considerazione dei nuovi incarichi di Marc Benayoun nell'ambito del Gruppo EDF, annuncia oggi le candidature di Nicola Monti ad Amministratore Delegato e di Marc Benayoun a Presidente della Società.
Entrambe verranno proposte al Consiglio di Amministrazione di EDISON in una riunione prevista nella seconda decade di giugno 2019.
Marc Benayoun, in carica come Amministratore Delegato di EDISON dal 1° gennaio 2016, assumerà la nuova carica di Group Senior Executive Vice President responsabile per la business unit Clienti, Servizi e Azione Regionale del Gruppo EDF, mantenendo la responsabilità del business Gas e del mercato Italia.
Nicola Monti è attualmente Vicepresidente Esecutivo responsabile della Divisione Power Asset e Engineering e della Divisione Exploration & Production e membro del Comitato Esecutivo di EDISON.
Marc Benayoun entra nel 2009 nel Gruppo EDF come Direttore Economico Tariffe e Prezzi. Nel 2012 diventa Direttore Mercato per le Imprese e Professionisti nella Direzione Commerciale, incaricato della vendita di energia elettrica, gas e servizi. L'8 dicembre 2015, Marc Benayoun viene nominato Amministratore Delegato di EDISON con decorrenza 1° gennaio 2016.
Nicola Monti entra in EDISON nel 1999 come responsabile dello sviluppo internazionale. Nel 2007 passa alla Divisione Exploration & Production (E&P) come Vice Direttore. Nel 2012 assume la carica di responsabile della Divisione E&P ed entra nel Comitato Esecutivo di EDISON. Nel 2017 assume anche la carica di Vicepresidente Esecutivo della Divisione Power Asset e Engineering di EDISON.

EDISON: NICOLA MONTI PROPOSED AS NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND MARC BENAYOUN AS CHAIRMAN.
Milan, 21 May 2019 - EDISON, in view of the new positions of Marc Benayoun within the EDF Group, today announces the candidacies of Nicola Monti as CEO and Marc Benayoun as Chairman of the Company.
Both will be proposed to the EDISON Board of Directors at a meeting scheduled for the second decade of June 2019.
Marc Benayoun, in office as CEO of EDISON from 1 January 2016, will take on the new position of Group Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Customers, Services and Regional Action of the EDF Group, whilst remaining in charge of the Gas and Italy business.
Nicola Monti is currently Executive Vice President in charge of the Power Asset and Engineering Division and of the Exploration & Production Division and member of the Executive Committee of EDISON.
Marc Benayoun joined the EDF Group in 2009 as Economic Director of Rates and Prices. In 2012 he became Market Director for Companies and Professionals in the Sales Department, in charge of selling electricity, gas and services. On 8 December 2015, Marc Benayoun was appointed CEO of EDISON with effect from 1 January 2016.
Nicola Monti joined EDISON in 1999 as head of international development. In 2007 he moved to the Exploration & Production Division (E&P) as Vice Director. In 2012 he was appointed head of the E&P Division and joined the EDISON Executive Committee. In 2017 he also assumes the position of Executive Vice President of the Power Asset and Engineering Division of EDISON.
